All the hard work has been done for you. The house and block have been matched to fit and meet the estates design guidelines and covenants. Site-works, service connections, 5-star energy rating, council and OH&S requirements are all included. All that's left for you to do is move in. With our fixed price packages, all the details and pricing is provided upfront so there are no hidden surprises or extras. What you see is what you get. Each package is also inclusive of any required site-works. This offers added peace of mind knowing that any unforeseen costs associated with the conditions of the site, such as the need for rock removal will be covered by the builder.

If you desire a different area than our current selection offers, we can also create a package specifically for you. Simply tell us the area that you wish to live in and your choice of Urbanedge home. If the area is within our current build zone, we will recommend land that is suitable. We'll then work with you to create the perfect package matched to your set price range.
